Credit Management Services
PCS are pleased to offer credit management services to our customers.
If required, our Account Management team can act as your credit control department. All of your calls, letters, invoices and statements can be dealt with by PCS on our premises. This will save you costs in employing your own credit control department, thus freeing up your time and money and allowing you to concentrate on the important issues of business strategies and development, necessary to help your company grow and succeed without the worries that cash flow shortage can bring.
Your Account Manager will deal with your customers in a polite, courteous and professional manner so as not to compromise the important business relationship that you have with your customers. PCS simply becomes an extension of your company.
As with all PCS services, all costs are totally transparent. We only take a commission from the money we collect. There are no monthly or upfront fees or long term binding contract. PCS agree with you, in writing, a commission structure and the amount of commission is based on the number of invoices issued and company turnover.
